OVERVIEW: The website located at www.experts.app, any subdomain of experts.app (including, without limitation, AI Expert Vault tenant sites such as *.experts.app), and any related or affiliated sites (collectively, the “Website”) is operated under the brand Experts.app by Experts Infinity LLC (“Experts Infinity”) and powered by the licensed software platform owned by Impact Infinity LLC (“Impact Infinity”). Experts Infinity and Impact Infinity are collectively referred to in this Privacy Policy as the “Experts Entities” (also “we,” “our,” or “us”). We recognize the importance of privacy to you and are firmly committed to protecting your privacy when you visit or use the Website. This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Statement”) applies only to the operation of the Website and explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect the personal information that we collect from you in connection with your use of the Website. It applies only to the use and collection of data collected by the Website and does not apply to any other data collected by us online or offline. In general, you may visit certain portions of the Website and view its content while remaining anonymous by not providing any personal information.

The Experts Entities are based in the United States, so any personal information we collect through the Website will be transferred to and maintained in the United States. REGISTERING WITH THE EXPERTS ENTITIES. In order to use certain services provided on or through the Website, you may need to register with us, which will entail your disclosure and transmission of certain information about you. In connection with your registration, or at any time after registering, you may opt‑out or unsubscribe from receiving any communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions in the Website or in any email you receive from us. If you would like your profile to be deleted, please contact us using the Contact form provided on the Website.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT.
1. Information You Provide to Us. If you register with us, we will collect certain personal information provided by you, which may include your name, address, telephone number, e‑mail address, birth date, and certain other personal, professional, and demographic information about you. We may also collect content you submit through the Website, including User Generated Content and interactions with the AI Expert (AIE) chatbot service.

2. Information Collected Automatically. Our Website may also collect non‑identifiable information that becomes available to us as a result of your visit. This includes, for example: your IP address, your Internet Service Provider, your web browser and operating system type, the domain name of the website which linked you to our Website, the pages you visited and the average time spent on the website, and search queries and interaction data with the AIE chatbot service. We review visitor trends recorded in certain log files. Analysis software may be used to generate reports that allow us to determine how we can enhance your experience. This information will not be used to ascertain your identity or the substance of what you are viewing. Log files may be purged periodically, in our discretion, to maximize server space.

3. When you use the AIE chatbot service:

    • Your prompts, questions, and other inputs may be processed to generate responses.
    • The AIE uses only data sources uploaded or made available within the platform; it does not provide direct access to third‑party publications, in order to protect the copyrights of authors.
    • You may copy/paste outputs from the AIE for your own lawful purposes, subject to the Terms of Use (including the AIE disclaimers) and in compliance with applicable intellectual property laws.
    • We may store and review chatbot interactions to improve service quality, ensure compliance with our Terms of Use, and maintain platform security.

USE OF MICROSOFT AI SERVICES. The AI Expert (AIE) chatbot service is powered in part by Microsoft Azure AI and Microsoft Foundry. As a result, certain processing of your inputs and outputs is performed using Microsoft’s AI capabilities. Microsoft’s deployment and use of AI is subject to its AI Principles and Responsible AI Standard, and its collection and use of personal data in developing and deploying AI features is consistent with the commitments outlined in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. By using the AIE chatbot service, you acknowledge that your interactions may be processed in accordance with these principles and standards, in addition to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY. The website is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register or send any information about yourself to us. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verified parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us using the Contact form.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION. The information we learn from visitors helps us personalize and improve the website and the services we offer.
